The Global Alliance and members commit to work with regional and national partners to support Alliance member countries to roll out their national action plans in line with normative guidance and implementation best practice, including increasing access to pediatric and adolescent HIV diagnosis to ensure that by 2025, 95% of children and adolescents living with HIV know their status.
