WHO is facilitating the provision of a coordinated support to enable rapid transition to optimal products in the 21 priority countries and convening dedicated TWG meetings where transition plans to optimal formulations are being developed (2 meetings have already occurred in Uganda and Tanzania, additional 8 are planned to happen by the end of the year).
